Who Can Enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Alabama residents who are 2-18 years of age and reside in the WTTO viewing area. Children 13 and under require a parent/guardian signature on the entry form.

2. Employees of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group Inc., WTTO, Inc. which owns television broadcast station WTTO, the (“Station”), Feld Entertainment Inc., their affiliated companies, advertising, and promotion agencies, any and all local television broadcasting and cable stations, local radio in other media companies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term immediate families” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren. Only one winner per household.

How to Enter

(a) No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per contestant.

(b) To enter, log onto WTTO’s website wtto21.com, print out and complete the “Disney on Ice High School Musical” entry form and mail it to the address below with your name, address, phone number and age to “Disney on Ice” Coloring Contest, WTTO, 651 Beacon Parkway, West, Suite 105, Birmingham, AL 35209. No mechanically or electronically reproduced or completed entries will be accepted.

(c) The contest starts on Tuesday, April 8, 2008, and all entries must be received by 12:00pm on Wednesday, May 14, 2008. The Station is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail, served unavailability, computer or electronic malfunctions or for printing errors.

(d) Six (6) winners will be randomly selected from among valid entries on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 10:00am.

(e) All entries received that are mutilated, tampered with, illegible, or from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries become the property of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Communications, LLC, and the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The Prize(s)

1. Six (6) winners will be selected from among valid entries. Each winner will receive four (4) VIP tickets to the Saturday, May 17, 2008 7:00pm performance of “Disney on Ice High School Musical”, and attend the Pre-Show Party on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 6:00pm at the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center. The prize package total value is $128.00.

2. The winner will be notified by phone. Before claiming prizes, the winner must provide their correct name, address and telephone number to the stations at the time of notification and acceptance of prize. Winner and their parent or legal guardian must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility upon acceptance of prize. Winner must be 2 to 18 years of age. Winner and/or their parent or legal guardian must show picture identification to claim prizes. The Station reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. If the winner can not be notified within one (1) day or failure to return the affidavit of eligibility or collect the prize by 10:00am Friday, May 16, 2008 will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited the prize will remain the property of the Station or another winner will be selected, time permitting.

4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for the prize except at the sole discretion of the Station. The Station has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

6. WTTO Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc., are not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.

8. WTTO Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.

9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that WTTO Inc., Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. and Sinclair Television Group, Inc. have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

2. Complete contest rules are available Monday through Friday during normal business hours at WTTO, 651 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 105. Birmingham, AL 35209 .

3. For a list of prizewinners send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to WTTO, 651 Beacon Parkway West, Suite 105. Birmingham, AL 35209 by May 14, 2008.

4. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc., Sinclair Television Group, Inc., WTTO Inc., and any other sponsors accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

5. The Station cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes or contest information.

6. The Station reserves the right to make rules and contests changes and change the aforementioned contest dates.
